Our product offering is built upon our vast network of suppliers and manufacturers we vet for quality, performance, competitive pricing, and market appeal. Our decision to discontinue relations with a manufacturer may be related to a change with one or many of these items and can occur at any moment to keep our clients protected and provide the most value. In the event a manufacturer agreement changes, MIDCO Global will do its best to offer clients alternative product.

PRICING

Pricing is subject to change at any moment and based on pricing at moment of quoting. A quote ensures pricing for current quote but is not binding for future quotes. MIDCO Global does its best to present clients fair pricing for varied customizations and a range of minimums. We accept multiple forms of payment and do our best to work with clients. Most accurate minimums, customizations, and order requirements are shared at time of quoting. Content listed on product pages is shared to inform clients within the best of our abilities, but may become dated without announcement from a supplier. To obtain a quote, we require that you share your name, company name, and contact information. This denotes a minimal level of intent that justifies our allocations of resources to prepare a quote. This information is not shared with external parties but may be used for marketing, announcements, and internal review when deemed to be of value to the customer.

CATALOG

Our catalog is a marketing and sales collateral that informs clients of our product offering. Catalogs are updated frequently and as such, may contain dated information. Content and minimums are not binding. MIDCO Global regularly sources and sells product solutions not included within our catalog. To receive a digital catalog download, clients are asked to share a working email address. Through submitting an email address, clients agree to be entered into MIDCO Global’s database and are open to contact from MIDCO Global. Contact will be minimal and initiated when it is inferred to be valuable to the client.

TRADEMARK & LICENSING

When explicitly stated, MIDCO Global retains the rights to certain images, product names, and text. These items may not be reused or stolen for business use beyond MIDCO Global. Stock image, sound, etc. may be used and/or purchased by MIDCO Global for promotion and marketing. Issue of infringement or question with said materials should be shared with MIDCO Global so appropriate action can be taken. MIDCO Global does not authorize third parties to utilize these materials and is not responsible for copyright or license infringement outside MIDCO Global’s control.
