Our shipping department works with a variety of carriers all over the world to ship our orders “Best Way” – the most economical and efficient method for our customer at the current point in time. Please share any shipping requests with our customer service specialists and/or include in your submitted quote’s notes.

Does MIDCO Global ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver all over the world and have regular business outside the U.S. in Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Central America, and South America. We also work with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and several countries in Africa. For a list of countries we currently have customers in, visit our customers page.

Does MIDCO Global provide tracking?

Tracking for shipments is available upon request. Should you require tracking, ask our customer service specialists during quote approval.

Which shipping carriers do you work with?

We compare multiple shipping services to offer our clients the best rates and meet their needs. We most commonly use LTL carriers and UPS, but are happy to accommodate our client’s request if they require a specific carrier. Please share shipping requests with our customer service specialists.

Can I expedite shipping?

We do our best to offer you quick turnaround and we usually ship the next day. If you require expedited shipping or delivery on a particular day please let us know.

Will I receive my entire order at once?

We prefer to consolidate our shipments so that you receive everything you ordered at once. If certain items within your order can be made available sooner and you would like to receive them first we are happy to send your delivery in multiple shipments.

Can I change my delivery address once I have made an order?

In most cases we are able to intercept delivery of your order with our carrier and reroute your package to the appropriate address. If your delivery address has changed please contact us as soon as possible.

Can my order be split between two delivery addresses?

Yes, just let us know what needs to go where!

Are there any addresses we cannot ship to?

Large shipments often cannot go to P.O. boxes and, sometimes, residential shipments are more expensive. But we will do our best to get your order where it needs to be.
